All the barley used in the Yenda range are sourced from within 40km’s of our brewery in Yenda. Supporting the local growers and making great beers. Good Times Ale

3.8% – Hoppy Session Ale – Full body, smooth subtle sweetness and citrus character.

A flavoursome yet easy drinking session ale, packed with fresh hops. American grown Citra and Chinook hops give the beer a fresh citrus & vibrant piney aroma, and also a balanced bitter finish.

Pedlars Pale

5.3% – American Pale – Tropical Fruit and Resin Characters.

An abundantly hopped beer, one that’s light in colour but not in flavour. Malt provides the balance, while dry hopping with fresh local varieties adds tropical fruit characters. Residual live yeast helps maintain its natural freshness, resulting in a distinct, hazy Pale Ale.

Stormy Lager

4.70% – Vienna Lager – Stormy Lager is a fresh, highly drinkable, malty chestnut coloured lager. Delicate hops balance the biscuity aroma and taste, leaving a quenching bitterness.

Selected specialty malts and a slower brewing process create a beer that’s crisp and sharp, but softened by a touch of caramel – like a bittersweet memory you can drink.

Being farmers we have great mates, our friends up north from the North Queensland Chocolate farm sent down some fresh cocoa nibs and vanilla pods from the only farms in Australia. These wonderful botanicals from the Daintree hinterland are highlighted in a well-balanced porter creating the feeling that you are drinking dark rich chocolate with a mild roast in a beer.

An Apple and Cherry sparkling cider. We worked direct with the Adelaide Hills growers to bring the best of the Adelaide Hills in each glass. Despite being 8.5% Cherry Popper is an easy drinking style which has proven to be very popular with those looking for a different kind of cider.

Gravity Gose is a new summer seasonal release from Bright Brewery. Uber refreshing, this old German-style unfiltered has upfront lemony aromas and flavours with a subtle salty and tart finish to be totally revitalising!

Acidulus’ is the Latin adjective for Sour. This sour blonde ale is made up of Pilsner, wheat, rye, and toasted oat malts, carefully kettle soured with a strain of lactobacillus, fermented with a specialty yeast strain.
